• Account information — your name, email, and (for email signups) a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture.

• Activity you create — saved searches, saved homes, professional introduction requests, inspection report text you submit for analysis, and home-maintenance progress.

• Professional profiles — if you join as a pro, the business details and headshot you provide.

• Usage events — basic, non-advertising analytics (e.g. page visits, searches run) to understand how the product is used.

To provide the service, match you with relevant professionals, analyze inspection reports, send transactional and reminder emails you opt into, secure your account, and improve the product. We never use your data to serve third-party ads.

We send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, introduction confirmations) and optional seasonal home-maintenance reminders you can turn on or off at any time from your dashboard.

When you request an introduction, we share the contact details you choose with that professional. We use trusted service providers (such as our email provider and cloud storage) solely to operate FirstNest. We may disclose information if required by law.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and access is protected with secure, HTTP-only session cookies. You can request deletion of your account and associated data, or opt out of reminder emails, by contacting us at hello@firstnest.ai.

Property listings shown in FirstNest are sourced from third-party data providers (including Datafiniti public-records and listing data). Photos may be representative during our pilot, and listings may not reflect real-time availability or price — verify with a licensed professional before relying on them.
